Hello Everyone! The end of the year is right around the corner, we have entered the last quarter of the year and for most this is an incredibly busy time. October is a transition month. After back to school season, in fact, we start to wait for the holidays and think about all the things we have to do before the end of the year.  Our team is trying to tackle this quarter with some great new enhancements in the coming up releases. New Features:

  1. Data Collection – “Import Tool”: Ability to import “Time Logs” using a CSV file: In the “Data Collection – Import Tool” we have added the ability to import time logs using a CSV file. A sample file of the template is provided in the import tool. Simply go to Data Collection – Import Tool and select TimeLogs which is the new option right under PTO Balance.   2. Data Collection – “Import Tool”: Ability to import “Time Logs” using a USB file: In the “Data Collection – Import Tool” we have added the ability to import time logs using a USB file. If you are used to uploading USB time logs from our XENIO or EC series timeclocks you can now use our import tool to upload these files. Simply go to Data Collection – Import Tool and select TimeLogs which is the new option right under PTO Balance. Fixed Errors/Bugs:

  1. Dashboard – “Time Cards”: Error when adjusting time cards on blank events located in the Projects and Jobs column: In the dashboard and time cards, if you activate the time card options for projects and jobs to show when there is an absence or bonus hour/bonus earnings, etc, if you select the empty space where the project and job will be, the software would allow you to select a project and job. The ability to select should not be there at all, although if selected and you attempt to save it would generate an “invalid” error. We have corrected this issue and now when clicking on the blank events it will not allow you to select a project or job.
  2. Data Collection – “Import Tool”: When importing employees the “Rate, Personal ID, and Salary type” would not update in the profile: EasyClocking “Import Tool” allows the ability to upload “Rates”, “Personal ID” and Salary Type” but this was not working as it should. We have corrected this error and now this information is updating in the employee profile.  Kindly make sure to follow our import template format.   3. Schedules – “Punch Restrictions”: Can now be configured without having to have a Xenio timeclock registered in your account: Just in case you did not know! Punch restrictions are also allowed for “Mobile Time Clock”, however, the restrictions could not be set up unless a XENIO timeclock was registered in the account and this should not be this way since we allow punch restriction for mobile phones. Now, you will allowed to configured punch restrictions for mobile clock in and out, just kindly keep in mind you must have the “Schedules and Mobile” modules for this to work.   4. Settings – “Color Theme”: UI/UX error with the “save” button: A small UI/UX error was occurring with the save button in this area. The save button was misplaced and not appearing as it should. This error has been corrected and now the save button appears at the bottom right corner.
  5. Report Bug –  “Show Signature” option: Checkbox should only be available when printing one page per user: The “show signature” report setting should only be enabled if the “One page per user” option is checked. The checkbox for the “show signature” was available the whole time and this would make the reports look very bad. Now this option will only be available when the “One page per user” option is checked.
  6. Report Bug –  “PTO reports”: Reports are cutting off a day from the specified date range: In the Reports tab and Paid Time Off, every report will have a day cut off the ending date. Even though it does display the correct information but the date range shown on the header is was incorrect. This issue has been corrected and now the dates are not cut off.
  7. Report Bug – “Absence Type Detailed”: Absence Type filter will not display all absence types created: If the account contained too many absence types, all of the absence types created would not show up in the filter. We have added a scrollbar to this filter and now all absences show up.
