Bonjour! We have a few items that we are ready to release. We received feedback with a couple of reports that were displaying “Invalid Data” errors after being generated using a combination of filtering options available in the reports. We also fixed a couple of matters that were occurring in the “Who’s In” tab. Nothing new was developed on this sprint since we wanted to focus on fixing the errors that were occurring when generating reports. Fixed Errors/Bugs:

  1. “Users/Access Level” tab error: The “Allow to approve own TimeCard” option would not stay checked after refreshing the web-browser.
  2. “Who’s In” tab error: Time out punch at the end of the shift and schedule were not displaying correctly in the Who’s In tab.
  3. “Projects and Jobs” error: When assigning Jobs to all projects, the system was not assigning them correctly to the web clock or mobile clock.
  4. “Payclass” tab error: When configuring the “Max Continuous Hours in a shift” on the pay class for anything greater than 0, the software would not allow for this to happen. It sets it back to 1.00 automatically.
  5. “Timecard/Bonus Hours and Earnings” error: After timecards were approved this would still allow the ability for any manager to delete bonus hours or earnings from an approved timecard. The bonus hours and earnings were being entirely approved and locked or considered as. The process of approval should restrict timecard editing with all earning items. This error has been fixed and it does not allow any editing.
  6. “Report” error TimeCard Detailed Report: When generating a “Timecard Detailed” report with “Show All Days” checked and the time card “Approved and Locked”, it will then show an “Invalid Error” message.
  7. “Report” error TimeCard Detailed Report: When generating a Timecard “Detailed” report with “Bonus Hours” or “Bonus Earnings” and the time card is “Approved and Locked”, it will show an “Invalid Error” message.
  8. “Report” error Approval Status Report: When generating an “Approval Status” report” with “Bonus Hours” or “Bonus Earnings” and the time card is “Approved and Locked”, it will show an “Invalid Error” message
