  1. Please Restart the Clock (it might come back online!)
  2. Menu>Settings>Set IP>Use DHCP
  3. Is Use DHCP set to Yes/No?
    1. If No: Did you assign a static IP?

If Yes: Continue.

If No: Set Use DHCP to Yes.

If you’re unsure: Use DHCP

  1. If DHCP is set to yes: Menu>Settings>Set IP>Host PC Settings
  2.  a. 204.011.236.132 Port: 80
  3.  b. 204.011.236.181 Port: 5010
  4. Check Connection status and mac address Menu>Settings>Set IP>WiFi>Link Information
    1. Connected, Disconnected, or Limited?
      1. If limited: Confirm correct password or restart router
  5. Using Wifi or Ethernet?
  6. If Wifi: Menu>Settings>Set IP> WiFi>Use WiFi: Set to Yes
  7. Now Connect to WiFi: Menu>Settings>Set IP>WiFi>Search WiFi Hub>Select Desired WiFi Network> Use T9 (refer to phone keypad) to enter password.
  8. If Ethernet: Menu>Settings>Set IP> WiFi>Use WiFi: Set to No
  9. Menu>Settings>Set IP> Check if the clock is pulling an IP address
  10. If connected: Try b (or a)

If Limited Connectivity (incorrect password? WiFi Working)

If Disconnected: Menu>Settings>Advanced>Restore Factory Settings (Confirm? Yes)

  1. Once Factory Restored, Re-do steps 6,7,8.
  2. Try mobile hotspot (google it for your phone) If the hotspot works, but your network does not, make sure a firewall is not blocking the port! (80,5010)
  3. Are you using a Ubiquiti AP access point by chance? If yes: Set up a generic router just for the clock. (or ethernet cable)

Hope this helps. – Kevin
