How to Schedule an Absence

1) Click on the Dashboard Tab

2) Select the Schedules Tab 

3) Select Employee(s)

4) Click Schedule Options

5) Select Create Absenses

Now you will see the Create Absences box

6) Click the drop-down to select an Absence Type

7) Enter the amount of hours paid (if applicable) 

8) Select a start and end date

9) Once done, select the Create button on the bottom right of the window

After this, you have successfully added an absence to an employee and will see it reflected on the timecards and reports.
