PTO Reports: Absence Type Detailed
The Absence Type – Detailed report will generate information per employee of the each of the absences that have been used by that employee within a certain pay period. The report is broken down the following way:
- Pay period selected
- Employee
- Absence Type
- Date of the absence
- Number of hours assigned for that absence
- Notes (if any)
- Total of absences and total hours in the pay period
Note: The PTO reports are ONLY available if you have the PTO module on your license.
