PTO Reports: Absence Type Detailed

The Absence Type – Detailed report will generate information per employee of the each of the absences that have been used by that employee within a certain pay period. The report is broken down the following way:

  1. Pay period selected
  2. Employee
  3. Absence Type
  4. Date of the absence
  5. Number of hours assigned for that absence
  6. Notes (if any)
  7. Total of absences and total hours in the pay period

Note: The PTO reports are ONLY available if you have the PTO module on your license.
