PTO Reports: Approved

This report is used to determine the PTO requests that have been approved by an Administrator. This report will only be relevant is the absence was created through the Absence Request approval process.

This report is broken down the following way:

  1. Pay period selected
  2. Employee
  3. Absence Type
  4. Number of hours assigned for that absence
  5. Administrator who approved the absence
  6. Total of absences and total hours in the pay period

Note: The PTO reports are ONLY available if you have the PTO module on your license.
