Job Tracking Basics
There are two types of jobs, Internal and External.
Internal jobs are standalone jobs that are not assigned to a project. External jobs are jobs assigned to a project and are meant for an external party, or client, or for further organization and classification, if needed.
Internal
1. Create a Job Code
2. Assign the job to users
External
1. Create a Client
2. Create a Project
3. Create a Job Code
4. Assign the Job Code to a Project
5. Assign User(s) to the Project

Allow users to view jobs assigned to them
